Alondra Garcia selected for summer internship with John Carroll University's Integrated Marketing & Communications team

Alondra Garcia, a rising John Carroll University senior, has been selected for the summer internship program with the University's Integrated Marketing and Communications Department. Garcia is an English major and will graduate in 2018.

Only one student is selected each semester for the internship. Garcia will be exposed to all levels of the University's marketing and communciations operations, including: media relations, alumni magazine writing and editing, enrollment marketing, content marketing, graphic design, and project management.

"I'm grateful for the opportunity that I will have to interview faculty, students, and alumni about their research or other accomplishments," says Alondra. "My ultimate goal is to pursue a career as a science and technical writer," she added.
