Cara Sutherland Recognized by National Panhellenic Conference

Cara Sutherland is a member of the Panhellenic Council of John Carroll University, one of 39 College Panhellenic Associations recently recognized with an award of achievement by the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). The NPC award highlights on-campus efforts to advance the sorority experience.

Sutherland serves as President of JCU's Panhellenic Council and is a member of the Class of 2017.

The Panhellenic Council of John Carroll is the representative governing body of the five National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) sororities at JCU; it consists of eight executive officers from various chapters and one voting delegate from each chapter. The Panhellenic Council meets weekly to discuss current issues and upcoming events. The council is also responsible for local Panhellenic operations in accordance with the NPC policies and procedures.

The National Panhellenic Conference is one of the largest advocacy organizations for women.
