Francis Boccuzzi earns recognition from John Carroll University

• The Kathleen L. Barber Award is named for Professor Emerita and Former Political Science Department Chair, Kathleen L. Barber, and is awarded annually to senior political science majors who have demonstrated outstanding academic achievement in the discipline of Political Science.
