As a Jesuit Catholic university, John Carroll inspires individuals to excel in learning, leadership, and service in the region and in the world.
John Carroll is a private, coeducational, Jesuit Catholic university providing programs of study in the liberal arts, sciences, and business at the undergraduate level and in selected areas at the master’s level.
Academically, the University consists of the College of Arts and Sciences and the John M. and Mary Jo Boler School of Business, which both include graduate programs. John Carroll operates on a semester calendar, with two 15-week semesters and three summer sessions.

John Carroll Students Excel in Diplomacy - Debate Competition: Model Arab League

A group of 13 John Carroll students are winners of recent Model Arab League competitions. Similar to the Model United Nations program, Model Arab League (MAL) is a debate simulation based on the League of Arab States that provides students with the opportunity to learn about the politics and history of the Arab world, diplomacy, and public speech. It is sponsored by the National Council on U.S.-Arab Relations.

Four JCU Students Working at the United Nations World Food Programme This Summer

The newly established Hal '81 and Diane Hawk and Carl Hughes '79 World Food Programme Fellowship allows JCU students to work for two months at United Nations offices. Two students are assigned to the U.S. Relations Office in Washington, D.C., and two will be at the WFP's headquarters in Rome.
